May is here and I just returned from London after shooting some more Panoramic images for the City of London. This project is turning in to something bigger than what I had anticipated and I am printing, framing and matting the photographs for a show in the future. It's a whole new way of seeing the world and I like it. I'll share the images I capture on this blog so you can see my progress.
I'm learning a few things as I go and I'll try to share these lessons.
1. Don't use anything wider than a 50mm lens because piecing together wide angle photos creates uneven lines and odd perspective
2. Make sure your subject is in the middle or top and bottom perspective will be distorted or missing.
3. Don't stand too close to your subject or the perspective will be distorted.
